As announced at all the Masses last weekend, the Parish Pastoral Councils of Bellaghy and Greenlough have decided that, beginning on 15/16 November, the weekend Mass schedule will be as follows:

Saturday Greenlough— Vigil, 5:30pm,  (live streamed to Bellaghy).

Sunday: Greenlough, 9am; Ballyscullion, 10:15am; Bellaghy, 11:30am.

We realise that some people will be disappointed that their preferred time and place for Mass is no longer an option, but we have to face the realities of today’s Church here in our local parishes. Each community asked for a Sunday Mass, and each community has had to compromise with regards to the timetable, with no single community getting exactly what they would have liked.

As we move forward, let’s try to do so together, two parishes working as one, supporting each other as best we can, building up our parish identity by attending Mass in Ballyscullion, Bellaghy, or Greenlough, in what is now a larger faith community than it was three years ago.
